    Excellent video !! I have already injured my rotator cuff guys. Even though i have a nice body but. Listen to what he's saying. Don't ever get the weight from behind.

    Tucking is making you weaker if you dont use shirt, same with benching in a straight line, instead of towards pins. Crossfit doesnt use bench shirt, so this video is for idiots. Sorry

    She was wearing a bench press suit/shirt when she benched 530. So basically her 1RM is nowhere near that unless she's wearing full gear. I knew I smelled bullshit when he said 530
